Dear Philosop Members,
We’re still accepting participants in all sessions for this year’s Jonathan Safran Foer Virtual Classroom Visit, a free webinar event on October 27 in which Foer discusses a number of issues regarding animal ethics, food production, and industrial agriculture with students around the world. In addition to class participation, we also welcome participation from individuals and organizations/groups. Please consider having your class join us, and feel free to pass on the below information (including information on signing up for the event) to students and colleagues who may be interesting in participating. Thank you very much for your time, and don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

College and High School Educators:
Please consider this invitation to bring the critically acclaimed novelist Jonathan Safran Foer into your classrooms to discuss his international bestseller, Eating Animals. Reserve now for Fall 2015. Limited space is available for this complimentary program.
Set in the context of a larger journey of exploration, Eating Animals presents what many consider the most important popular critique of industrial farming. As part of our broader educational efforts, Farm Forward, a national nonprofit organization, is covering all costs of this program for educators who discuss Eating Animals in their courses.
